In this exciting and versatile position your primary responsibility is to ensure correct and timely bookkeeping. You will collaborate with colleagues across the KIRKBI House always aiming to deliver value-adding professional service to our customers.

You will be joining KIRKBI Financial Controlling team with 18 colleagues. We work with a broad portfolio of customers in an organisation with strong and well-established values, where quality, integrity and collaboration are our cornerstones.

As a Financial Assistant, you will become part of a team, where a good sense of humour and team spirit are highly valued. Being a team player is essential in an environment, where we go the extra mile to support each other. It is expected that you carry out your own tasks as you get independent customer responsibility. However, we focus on a good collaboration between colleagues, so we can assist each other in ensuring timely and professional delivery on tasks to all customers. We expect you to contribute to the team with your positive attitude and professional skills.
Some of your tasks could be:
- All tasks and processes related to vendor invoices received
- International payments
- Accounts receivable
- Fixed assets
- Different tasks pertaining month and year end closing
A good communicator who provides great service and quality
We expect you as a person to be service-minded, structured and responsible. You focus on delivering high-quality, as well as being able to provide great service. Good communication skills are necessary, since you will be in touch with various stakeholders across the companies.
We expect that your qualifications are as below:
- Experience with bookkeeping, and that you have previously worked with VAT
- Your proficiency in IT is evident
- You have experience with financial systems – preferable Microsoft Business Central
- You can communicate in English as this is our group language
