Engaged team with a high focus on quality and collaboration
You will be part of an experienced HR consultancy team of seven people. Together with our Payroll team we make up the Operational HR department of 12 people. As part of the newly established KIRKBI Business Services, we service KIRKBI Group companies in collaboration with IT and Operational Finance.
You will support a wide range of very different entities, including LEGO Foundation and LEGO House, where employee types, terms and policies vary from company to company. Every day is very versatile and full of exciting tasks.
Our HR team covers a wide range of skills and collaborates with a spirit of mutual respect and encouragement. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure professional, high-quality and consistent services and provide sparring to HR Business Partners, leaders etc. in the companies we support.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- General support on the hire-to-retire processes and our HR annual cycle
- Participate in all stages of the recruitment process
- Manage employee rewards and benefits, including benchmarks
- Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on HR-related matters such as mobility and relocation
- Facilitate HR-related workshops or training sessions
- Take part in daily HR operational tasks, including drafting employment documents, handling on- and offboarding etc.
HR professional with a curious attitude
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in a complex, and increasingly international environment, and who is ready to engage daily with many different stakeholders.
The job requires that you can work independently and proactively with a high level of accountability, and that you are adept in balancing quality and speed as well as handling sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
The ideal candidate possesses a service-minded attitude and is curious to explore new areas of work, while demonstrating a structured approach and attention to detail.
You can also identify with several of the following qualifications:
- Relevant education and experience with leveraging your HR toolbox
- Good understanding of Danish employment law
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and facilitation
- Fluent communication skills – both written and verbal – in Danish and English
- Knowledge of and interest in modern HR tools and ways of working
