Join our Real Estate Investment team as a Business Analyst and contribute to an engaging investment environment. You will gain broad exposure across the full real estate investment lifecycle — from research and underwriting to active portfolio management and long-term value creation. 

Turning analysis into real estate investment decisions 

You will be at the centre of our investment processes, supporting decisions through data, insights, and analysis. You will contribute across both new acquisitions and active portfolio management in all our locations, working closely with investment professionals, asset managers, and the wider KIRKBI Investment Management organisation to enhance portfolio performance through financial modelling and clear decision support. 

Your key responsibilities are as follows: 

• Conduct real estate market research and support investment screening through financial modelling and valuations. 

• Support due diligence processes and prepare investment materials for relevant stakeholders. 

• Contribute to portfolio performance reporting and active portfolio management, including forecasting and monitoring key risks. 

• Support business case implementation and valuations across the existing property portfolio in close collaboration with asset managers. 

Data-driven analyst and a valued team member 

We are looking for a new team member, who combines strong analytical and financial modelling skills, preferably with experience from real estate, with a curiosity for what drives performance across markets and sectors. You engage actively, ask questions, taking ownership of your tasks, while also valuing collaboration and feedback. 

You hold a relevant educational background within finance (or similar), you are skilled at working with data, financial modelling, reporting, and performance tracking. You bring relevant experience of at least 2 years from e.g. financial consulting, investment management, asset management, or banking. 

Furthermore, you can identify with the following personal qualities: 

• Analytical mindset: You have a keen attention for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You enjoy analysing complex financial data, building robust models, and turning insights into clear conclusions. 

• Clear communicator: You can present your findings in a clear way — both in writing and verbally — and communicate complex topics in a structured way both in English, our corporate language, and Danish 

• Collaborative team player: You enjoy working closely with others, contribute positively to the team atmosphere and help create a supportive and respectful working environment 

The position is based in our Copenhagen office, and some travel to our real estate locations is to be expected.
