You will become part of operational HR Services at KIRKBI Business Services. Our experienced HR Consultancy and Payroll colleagues work closely together to deliver professional, consistent and high-quality services to KIRKBI Group companies. We support a range of different entities, including the LEGO Foundation and LEGO House, where employee groups and HR processes vary. This makes our work both varied and a valuable place for you to learn.
The scope of the role
Provide support to the HR team across a variety of tasks and processes.
Support recruitment administration, including posting job advertisements, inviting candidates, sending assessments, etc.
Prepare reports based on HR data and support data quality checks.
Request and register child protection certificates in accordance with relevant procedures.
Support the administration and reporting of employee absence, including sickness, parental leave and related processes
Structured and responsible student with an interest in HR
You enjoy working with details and data, while keeping sight of the people and processes behind them. You take ownership of your tasks, ask questions when needed and understand the importance of handling personal and confidential information with care. You have a service-minded attitude and are a supportive colleague who actively contributes to our great team.
Moreover, you:
Are in the third year of your bachelor’s degree or at the first year of your master’s degree, for example within HR, business administration, law or a related field.
Have 1–2 years of relevant experience within HR and/or payroll administration
Use Microsoft Office effectively, especially Excel, and are open to gaining experience with new HR systems.
Communicate fluently in both Danish and English, in writing and verbally.
Have a natural interest in and curiosity about the opportunities AI can create within HR processes.

You will build your understanding of HR data, recruitment administration, compliance-sensitive processes and the operational foundation that enables good employee experience. You will also gain exposure to different KIRKBI Group companies and see how professional HR services are adapted to different organisational needs.
You will be based at our Billund office, with access to a shuttle bus service connecting Aarhus and Vejle to support flexible commuting. The position requires physical presence in Billund and is approximately 8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies.
